The Position

We’re looking for a entrepreneur. A creative entrepreneur. An entrepreneur who can help the owner to be a better entrepreneur. We need someone who will build a strategy and test their assumptions, to run projects from start to finish to drive strong consumer interaction. We are working to create a recognizable brand and have our products and content reflect this vision. We are a small company with big aspirations.

The various aspects of the role are:

  1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: You will build a project timeline and step-by-step expectations for the project. You will need to give directions and collaborate to manage the outcome of your project and tasks. You will be functioning under tight deadlines, pushing boundaries of what you think is possible.
  2. IDEA GENERATION: By diving deep into our business and determining areas where we can improve, you will propose well-thought-out ideas, backed by strong analysis and an understanding of financials
  3. COHESIVE STORYTELLING: You will need to have a knack for writing and content creation. As we go direct to consumers and sell to big box stores, our communication must be clear and impactful to provide a story they understand and relate to. You will need to use trendy graphics and original content to effectively deliver your message.
  4. PRODUCT-LINE INTRODUCTIONS: We are always looking to find competitive products to go to market. You will need to find solutions for us to go above and beyond, whether it’s a promotion, a new line of business, or a special presentation opportunity. We’re always looking for ways to expand and step outside our “comfort zone.”
  5. OMNI-EXPERIENCE: You will work to tackle the enormous challenge of bringing our experience as a goods provider to every customer channel. We need to provide an online presence to drive in-store activity and its reciprocal, stimulating in-person experiences to drive online interaction. This modern challenge is how the consumer experiences us, TASC, from every outlet.

  2. You are up for a challenge: You are motivated and driven. You suggest ideas without being prompted and volunteer to take on new projects (including projects we may have yet to think we even needed!). You come up with ideas and do them.
  3. You believe that working smart is just as important as working hard: You believe in finding efficient ways to reach goals. If there are tools and technology that will facilitate your work, you will not only seek them out but also learn how to implement and use them in your day-to-day flow.
  4. You keep up with the trends: Technology moves fast. You are interested in technological changes and how companies take advantage of what is “new.”
  5. You are experienced: You don’t need someone to tell you how to do your job. You have examples and ideas of how successful businesses are run. You can take a step back and think on your feet as to how you’ll help us grow.
